Springers require a lot of exercise. They are great athletes that can excel in agility, advanced obedience, or flyball. Their coat requires some grooming where there is feathering around the ears, chest, legs, and tail. You may like to know that their coats are weather-proof, water-proof, and thorn-proof, however they can acquire all sorts of twigs and grass.
